William Vock, retired farmer, of Bundaberg, petitioned for the dissolution of his marriage with Martha Wilhelmina Augusta Vock, of Bundaberg, contracted 37 years ago. Evidence was given by the plaintiff that the marriage took place at Mt. Perry on March 24, 1913, according to the rites of the Methodist Church. They lived at Mt Morgan, Mackay and Mt. Perry. His wife left him in June, 1939, to work a dairy farm at Yandaran on shares, and rejoined him in August 1940, when he moved on to a dairy farm at Cooroy. She left again in January. 1941, against his wish to work the farm at Yandaran. There was no need for her to work. He also went to work at Yandaran, but his wife was not pleased to see him. However, she rejoined him at Rosedale in September, 1942, but left again in March, 1945. to live with her eldest daughter in Bundaberg. Later he went to Bundaberg to live, but his wife would not live with him. He had not given ber any reason to leave. The plaintiff was granted an order nisi returnable after three months. (Mr. P. Connolly (instructed by the firm of  D. P. Carey, town agents for Mr. G. Finemore, Bundaberg) appeared for the plaintiff.
