


Samuel Spencer Hockey was born on 16 October 1897[1] in Yalwal, New South Wales, Australia as the fifth child of Charles Hockey and Mary Ann Langley. He had four siblings, namely: Charles Henry Hill, David Daniel Percival, Mary Emma May, and Albert Arthur.
When he was 29, He married Kathleen Beryl Webster in 1927[2] in Casino, New South Wales, Australia. They had one child.
Samuel divorced Kathleen in 1938[3] after she began an affair with William Ackerley.
In the 1950s and 1960’s, his address was Short street, Casino.
In 1963, Samuel Spencer Hockey was employed in Casino as a Lorry Driver
Samuel died on 21 July 1974[4] in Casino, New South Wales, Australia, age 76. He is buried at The Casino Lawn Cemetery.
