

Phyllis Fielder was born in 1919 in Queensland, Australia as the eighth child of William Henry Fielder and Elizabeth Olsen. She had eight siblings, namely: Kathleen Eveline, William Henry, Irene Jessie, Lionel Arthur, Eva Joyce, Stella, Horace Allan, and Keith Franklyn.
Phyllis married Douglas Godfrey Vincent Forster, son of Edward Forster and Edith.
They lived in Richmond Street, Kedron, Brisbane, Queensland Australia.
Douglas was a Flight Officer (pilot) in th R.A.A.F. His service number was 426571.
Douglas died on 10 April 1945[1] in Tea Gardens, Near Port Stephen, New South Wales, age 25, when his plane crashed in training. Also killed was his navigator, W.O. Thomas Bubke, 22.
