Lawrence Diflo was born on 10 August 1763 in Fechenbach, Miltenberg, Bayern, Germany as the first child of Johann Diflo and Magdalena.

Lawrence Diflo married Anna Maria Linke, daughter of Ignaz Linke and Veronika Ehrlich.

Lawrence Diflo and Anna Maria Linke had the following children:

1. Philipp Andreas Andrew Diflo was born in 1810 in Fechenbach, Miltenberg, Bayern, Germany. He married Julianna Lohr in 1854 in Germany. He died on 03 October 1880 in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia.

Lawrence died on 24 November 1837 in Fechenbach, Miltenberg, Bayern, Germany, age 74.
