Ellen Augusta Vock was born on 26 November 1917 in Queensland, Australia as the second child of William Vock and Martha (Wilhelmina) Auguste Ehlert. She had three siblings, namely: Ernest (Ernie) William, John Frederick, and Beryl May.

When she was 22, Ellen married Horace Allan Fielder, son of William Henry Fielder and Elizabeth Olsen, on 10 August 1940[1] in Queensland, Australia.

Horace Allan Fielder and Ellen Augusta Vock had the following children:

1. Bevan John Fielder was born on 15 March 1942 in Queensland, Australia.

2. Janice Ellen Fielder was born on 30 August 1945 in Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia. She married Neville Alexander Ross on 04 June 1966 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. They divorced in 1980.

Her address was 7 Ellen St, Albion 4010 between 1972–1981.

Ellen died on 21 April 1981[2] in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, age 63.
