Anne Diflo was born in 1863[1] in Queensland, Australia as the fifth child of Philipp Andreas Andrew Diflo and Julianna Lohr. She had six siblings, namely: Maria, Joseph, Mary, Michael Anton, Rosa, and John Andrew.

When she was 20, she married Peter Ott, son of Jacob Ott and Helena Clarius, on 14 February 1883[2] in Queensland, Australia.

Peter was employed as a Brickmaker.

Peter Ott and Anne Diflo had the following children:

1. Annie Rosina Ott was born on 17 August 1883 in Queensland, Australia. She married George Evan Oke on 22 March 1910 in Byron Bay, New South Wales, Australia. Annie died in 1962 in Newtown, New South Wales, Australia.

2. Friederika Magdalena Ott was born on 16 April 1885 in Queensland, Australia. She married William Lee on 13 October 1909 in Queensland, Australia. Friederika died on 02 July 1919 in Queensland, Australia.

3. Mary Catherine Ott was born on 17 April 1887 in Queensland, Australia. She married William Henry Hedge in 1941 in Queensland, Australia. Mary died in 1972 in Queensland, Australia.

4. Julia Ott was born on 05 February 1889 in Queensland, Australia. She married David Benjamin Richard Ship on 11 March 1914 in Queensland, Australia. Julia died on 23 August 1960 in Queensland, Australia.

5. Henry Peter Ott was born on 02 August 1890 in Queensland, Australia. He married Gertrude Ruby Ship on 09 January 1913 in Queensland, Australia. He married Frances Ioleine Tobin in 1927 in Queensland, Australia. He married Agnes Mary Haywood in 1928 in Queensland, Australia. Henry died on 24 June 1952 in Queensland, Australia.

6. Catherine Ott was born on 17 July 1892 in Queensland, Australia. She died on 18 July 1892 in Queensland, Australia.

7. Lena Josephina Ott was born on 08 December 1893 in Queensland, Australia. She married Oswald Frederick Olsen on 03 November 1917 in Queensland, Australia. Lena died in 1972 in Queensland, Australia.

8. Christina Ott was born on 23 August 1895 in Queensland, Australia. She died on 24 September 1895 in Queensland, Australia.

9. Agnes Minna Ott was born on 09 December 1898 in Queensland, Australia. She married Llewellyn Davis in 1922 in Queensland, Australia. Agnes died in 1982 in Queensland, Australia.

10. Norma Johanna Ott was born on 25 January 1901 in Queensland, Australia. She married Albert James Bargrutts Owen in 1926 in Queensland, Australia. Norma died in 1942 in Queensland, Australia.

11. Frida Georgina Ott was born on 09 February 1905 in Queensland, Australia.

12. Leslie Wallace Ott was born on 29 September 1906 in Queensland, Australia. He died on 15 April 1907 in Queensland, Australia.

Peter died on 11 September 1921[3] in Queensland, Australia, age 61.

Anne died in 1959[4] in Queensland, Australia, age 96.
