You must have webspace with your ISP (internet service provider) before a website can be started.  Most service providers supply you with a certain amount of free webspace when you sign up, but some do not and space may have to be purchased as an extra.  Please ask your ISP if you have webspace.

Your WebSite will be constructed on   on the internet so you can watch its progress. It will then be put on your website when you are happy with the finished poduct and payment has been made

After your WebSite is finished and you want more work  done, photos or text added it will be a flat rate of $20 an hour. If you already have an existing website and you wanted me to make changes to the text or photos that is also possible at the same rate.
