Fig 5.5  Insert a picture form a file.
  • Select the scrapbook for the person concerned.
  • Click on the next blank frame (4.) to hold the picture.
  • Select Insert Picture from File... from the Picture/Object menu.
  • The usual Windows navigation dialogue window will appear.
  • Navigate to the stored file.
  • Select it and click on open.
  • The file will appear in the scrapbook editor.
