Immigration to Victoria 1852- 1889

Well, let's explore this on-line index and search for a family of Smith's who arrived in Victoria on the ship "Compeer" in March of 1864. We start this search with a little knowledge gained from a journal that James Smith wrote while immigrating to Australia with his wife Lucy and their daughter Jane.  In other words we have a few facts to go by in our search.
