Death Registration 1

Another important document is the Death Registration.  We mentioned the death of Nicholas Clemens during an earlier discussion on the use of CD indexes from which we discovered a few basic facts: death year, place of birth, parents names and the registration number 1897.  From the certified copy of the registration we can gain many more details.  For example Nicholas died on 13th February 1903 at Harrietville, Bright Shire, County of Delatite.   Hard to read!  Yes, unfortunately this is often the case.  Let's look at a transcription of all the details.
