We have opened the Query window and inserted criteria in an attempt to find the death of Bridget Clemens between 1889 - 1901 (the range of the CD).

Fig 3.7 Search for the death of Bridget Clemens 1.  The Surname is entered as Clemens (her married name). 2.  Given Names as Bri* (notice the wildcard *) 3.  Event as D for death. Press Enter and the Total Matching Records shows 1 match.  If there is no match then this window always shows 0 (zero).

Fig 3.8  Results List  The details are shown on the following illustration from which we can see that Bridget died at Freeburg (near Harrietville) in 1893, aged 44 years; Reg No 1874.  Her parents were: Jno (John) Davis and Johanna UNKNOWN.

A search for the death of Nicholas Clemens on the same CD returned a 0 (zero) match so we will search the next CD in the series (Edwardian Index 1902-1913) in an attempt to find the death of Nicholas. [ Click on Open Database... to continue ]
