By now you have printed a Four Generation Ancestor Chart .   From your own records or knowledge fill out as much of a blank chart as you can.   If you wish, distribute  blank copies of this chart to family relatives in an attempt to gather data about your wider family.  You could fill in  person N0 1 on the chart that you send to your relative so that an ancestor tree can be based on this person.   From your own perspective person No1 could be yourself.  One of the advantages of filling out a four level ancestor chart is that it firms up a knowledge of your immediate past generations. Often it helps to shape a graphic picture before committing the data to a computer database.
