Marburg virus

Marburg virus, which is current spreading through Angola, is nearly identical to the Ebola virus, though it produces a different antibody in infected organisms. Its symptoms are:

1. fever / headache / muscle pain
2. maculopapular rash ( spots or bumps )
3. vomiting / chest / abdominal pain and diarrhoea
4. jaundice, delirium, liver failure, and extensive haemorrhage

Marburg is another virus that has jumped from animals to humans.
