DEBRIEFING

When you have completed the operation, you must participate in an After Action Review.

An After Action Review (AAR) includes answering the following questions:

* What did we do?
* What went well?
* What could we do differently?

This debriefing will also include the opportunity to report injuries, stress and near misses and exposure to hazards.
