Payment Options.

As Plastic Card handling is far too expensive for us small merchants, 
(and now deemed 'NOT LEGAL or VALID', as a telephone sale) unless quite 
a substantial amount is given to the bank, monthly for that privaledge.
(and what with the basic 2 tier costings of the actual transaction, then 
plus the monthly 'renting' charge of the 'merchant deposit swipe machine', 

Plus the addition of extra Bank Charges for more monthly processing etc. 
so we still use the old fashioned way of a tried and tested basic procedure. 

1. Australia Post Money Order. 
2. Australian Company or Personal Cheque
3. Cash.
4. WESTERN UNION - as per my web site
5. BSB Direct Deposit (simple instructions)

If you pay by Australia Post MONEY ORDER, then the circuit board orders
usually go out same day or next, in other words A.S.A.P.  (or quicker)

Western Union is becomming increasingly popular with overseas customers
because of ease and 'trackability', and is used on the larger amounts.

Direct Deposit Bank transfer,  as we do NOT know if it has been deposited 
without going through a 'time' of actually 'card checking' upon using the
ATM and card checking, so you have to send us an email or fax confirmation 
regarding your deposit as we do not have the ability to see into the bank 
account via the internet, and not until the start of the next month for a  
statement. This is treated as a typical 'friday' cheque order and not ASAP.

but

If You pay by Cheque, then the orders are processed on the first available
Friday, and if in stock, they are sent, but if not, then they are made up
during the following week, and again they are posted out on the next Friday.

Normal Charges apply here for Australian customers and sales, 
so for a total goods value up to  $50.oo then Pack and Post is $4.40
and for goods between $50.oo and $100.oo then Pack and Post is $7.70 
and for goods over  $100.oo then the Pack and Post is a fixed $11.00

If Goods Total are in excess of $100.oo then an Express Post may be used, 
However EXPRESS POST can be requested any time for an additional $6.00

All Pack and Post charges are,  if sold in Australia INCLUDING GST 

The costings are based on basis raw costs of Jiffy bags etc and 
Aust. Post basic 125gram block lots of charges, we have made tests 
as to board costings versus weight and this formula fits very well.

We can use REGISTERED MAIL (instead of Express Post) if you so desire, then  
it is an extra $7.00 on top of the norm charges, if the package is below 3Kg.

OVERSEAS AIRMAIL PACK & POST COSTINGS are amortised at (based on weight)
$ 6.oo Australian or USA $ 5.oo for goodies (items) up to $50.oo 
$10.oo Australian or USA $ 7.oo for items from $50.oo to $100.oo
$15.oo Australian or USA $10.oo for items in excess of $100.oo

Note: Australia Post Money Orders = Far Speedier turnaround (if in stock)

If boards are in stock, then they 99.9% of time will leave on a friday
but if NOT in stock, then they are made following week, next friday
