Looking for a Real Transformer for a Power Supply ?
Looking for an Electric Element ?
Use your web browser in the 'FIND' mode on the [Master List 1958>Current Year], it is an ascii text file, e.g. let us say you are looking for a Car Burgular Alarm and it was an 84BA5, by using the command 'find' enter 84BA5 or 'find' CAR or 'find' Burglar, or 'find' Alarm. This has been tested on NETSCAPE 2,3,4 and it works fine, however I do not know anything about that questionable Internet (Exploder) Explorer.
EAETISC.zipThe ONLY complete listing of ALL the HOBBY Projectprinted wiring boards ever published here in Australia, past and present in the following magazines as general hobby type projects ELECTRONICS AUSTRALIA, (ex Radio TV & Hobbies) / ELECTRONICS TODAY Int (Aus) / SILICON CHIP / AUSTRALIAN ELECTRONICS monthly plus others. This program is zipped up in the main EAETISC.zip file. then run RCSMAG5.exe
The three top buttons have all the boards listed differently to suit your requirements NOW !!!, The TOP button gives you a text file, scrolling down in month published order like a toilet roll from January to December of the current year and thus it is called THIS YEAR.txt Boards (with red hot bookends), the next button is again a scrolling toilet roll of text from 1958, when the first project boards (for the public in the world) were ever made, to projects up to now - including so far into the current year, this has a green bookends and can be imported into any word processor as pure ascii, the Bottom tile (blue bookends) is a downloadable executable file and cannot be run from the internet, it is a standalone DOS (or windoz) program giving more features, like supergroups, printout selected magazine products plus a host of other features, this one you download once a year (if you do not already have it), and top up in the following January of the next year, for this years boards so far, use the top tile of Current Boards. The large button with the grey bookends is your snail mail order form to be downloaded, written in comfort & time and posted.
About the EAETISC.exe program (bottom Blue book ended tile of data)
To install, make a directory on your hard drive call it EAETISC (eg), Next copy the program EAETISC.zip into this directory , then run the program PKUNZIP (WINUNZIP etc) EAETISC.zip [ENTER] then watch it uncrunch, next to do is run the program RCSMAG5.exe and up comes a Code to Locate _ _ _ _ cursor position, at this point just simply enter the known magazine code number as it appears on the board pattern, Only enter in the part number from the board pattern - never use the parts list number's, (many times wrong, only note the number on the board) If the part number has dashes / slashes / dots etc. forget it, then just the raw numbers, Do Not Normally Use the Magazine pre-fix, only the bare bones code number, and finally use the <F1> help and super group for searching and printing. The super groups are meant for quick search, A=Amplifiers, B=Preamps, C=Car projects, D=Digital, E=Emergency, F=Photographic down to Z = RCS.
