This is the same basic layout board as the 4602s.pcb, HOWEVER
it has 2 x TANDY/RADIO SHACK Relays (Cat. No. 275-240 +5v coil) 
in parallel for the P.T.T. and microphone connections. 
(and a space provision for a 1uF electrolytic 16v capacitor has 
been made in case the person speaking into the microphone OVER 
Modulates and creates a jitter on the 'speech pin 15'.

These relays are internationaly available, the rest of the components
are bog standard from your local respectable electronics supplier.

When the 4602s runs out it will be discontinued and only the 4606s 
will be produced, the 4602s was produced for australian component 
suppliers however overseas users do not have this access.
