1. If you have an instrument that is faulty, you can send it to us and for $80+gst we will give you a quote for the repair.
2. In most cases, for simple and basic test equipment, we charge a repair flat rate of $260+gst. If applicable, we will credit the survey fee of $80+gst charged for the quote. The flat rate includes most common parts that need to be replaced, like resistors, capacitors, transistors, IC's etc. If special expensive components are required, this will be quoted separately for approval before the repair.
