PAYMENT
We supply equipment after being inspected by the purchaser and against an acceptance document signed at the time of collection. We can still deliver to anywhere in Australia and overseas, but no responsibility will be accepted for damaged, lost or DOA (dead-on-arrival) equipment. Surplus equipment is sold "FINAL SALE; RETURN NOT ACCEPTED" after personal inspection by the purchaser.
Equipment can be picked up during business hours. We are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Other days or times are possible if arranged in advance.
Surplus equipment is normally supplied with no accessories unless otherwise noted.
We can generally match other quotes for the same equipment. Please enquire.
Payment is met at delivery. Industrial customers that qualify are granted 30-day accounts.
We accept bank cheques, money orders, direct transfers to our Bank account (details on request), Paypal and cash. Personal cheques will take about 10 days for processing, before delivery.
All prices are exclusive of GST. For Australia, please add 10% to all prices shown.
SHIPPING: Orders for instruments are shipped F.O.B. Sydney, Australia. Purchaser is to cover the cost of shipping/insurance and to include $30 for packaging and handling. Other orders (such as catalogs, databooks, probes, parts etc.) are shipped via overnight express couriers within Australia and are: $16/up to 3kg and $25/up to 5kg. Other services, weights and destinations will be quoted separately.
Instruments and delicate equipment are carefully packed with shock absorbing material in cardboard boxes to minimize risk of damage in transit.
