We ship to all parts of mainland Australia and Tassie. We can now ship small parcels under 10kgs to PO boxes via Australia Post please add $10 to shipping if you require this service. 

All weights are the heavier of gross weight or cubic weight based on 250Kgs per cubic metre. Large heavy items ie speakers email ebay@prolight.com.au for a quotation. Rates displayed above are general guide lines only. What we charge you for shipping will be determined by what the shipping company charges us.

Day count is for working days only ie Saturdays and Sundays and Public Holidays in either sending, receiving or transit state are excluded from the count. Guarantee is not valid during transport strikes. Guarantee is not valid where any part of the  transport network is disrupted by natural or man made events ie fires, floods etc. The day your payment clears as available funds in to our account dose not count as a day ie payment clearing day is zero day, not day one. Guarantee is not valid if carrier makes a futile delivery call ie calls to make a delivery and no one is home or no one will sign for goods. Guarantee is not valid where goods are incorrectly addressed or partially incorrectly addressed or where we are supplied with PO box number and have to contact you for a street address. Paypal and MO Credit Card payments are subject to 1 additional days clearing time ie zero day is the next working day after we receive your payment this additional day this is for anti fraud clearing. Payments received after 10am are counted as being received the next working day.  If we don't delivery within the terms of this guarantee  we will knock $10 off the shipping charge on your next order. If you wish to claim against our guarantee you must email us at ebay@prolight.com.au and complete our claim form with in 30 days of receiving our order.

These fixed or free shipping charges apply to most (about 92% of the population) but not all of Australia. The post codes that incur an additional charge are listed in the table below. 

LIMITED IN TRANSIT COVER

All risk for loss, theft or damages to the goods passes to the buyer when we record the item/s as having been dispatched.

Our in transit cover for loss or damage will only be provided to buyers who complete the claim form provided and supply all information requested.

The first $100 of any claim for loss or damage is not covered. The buyer must accept responsibility for the first $100 loss or damage for each claim.

The maximum of all claims for any one shipment is $500. Any amount of loss or damage over $500 is the liability of the buyer.

All claims must be made within 14 days of the date of shipment. No Claim will be accepted after 14 days from the date of shipment.

Limited loss damage cover is only provided on goods purchased through eBay auctions or buy it now.

Any return shipments from the buyer are not covered by this limited loss damage in transit cover. The buyer is advised to take out their own independent cover for any return shipments.
