Who is BehringerShop?
BehringerShop is operated by Pro Light and Sound the trading name of Astrodisc Pty Ltd ABN 74 002 277 849 and is based in Granville, Sydney Australia. Our address is 6 Cowper st Granville NSW 2142. Granville is situated next to Parramatta we are in the demographic and geographic centre of Sydney. We are a 'bricks & mortar' business and have been around for over 3 decades.

Is this item brand new?
Yes in original carton. We may open and test product prior to dispatch. 
 

Does item come with a warranty?
Yes in original carton. We may open and test product prior to dispatch.  

What methods of payment are accepted?
PayPal, direct bank deposit, Australia Post money order, Mastercard or Visa. 
Payment must be made within 7 days of clicking the 'Buy-It-Now' button or winning auction, otherwise you may risk negative feedback

Is  GST included in the Buy-It-Now,  Final Auction price,  RRP and Instore Discount?
Yes in every price listed includes GST.

Is pickup from our warehouse possible?
Yes. 
Monday to Friday to 10am to 4pm or 
Saturday 10am to 1pm. 
Phone before you call to confirm payments have been fully cleared and goods are ready to dispatch.

How much is freight?
Freight charges vary with destination and with the items weight and dimensions.. 
We use Australia Post, Fastway couriers and TNT to get the lowest possible freight for your item and your location. We charge freight at cost plus a packing and dispatch charges of $8 per shipment.
There are occasional exception to the above so please read each listing before purchasing.
There must be a person present to sign when courier arrives. You may be liable for any redelivery charges if more than one delivery attempt is made. If this worries you please contact us.  

How quickly will the items be shipped?
In most cases within one to two days of stock being available and payment funds being cleared into our account. Please note that you should allow up to 15 working days for personal and company cheques to clear into our account. 

What circumstances may hold up shipping?
We cannot send your goods without your providing proof of payment and the funds clearing into our account. 
We can not send your goods without your address and land line telephone number.
