Rather than include the cost of extended service in every sale when its only required in less than 2% of sales we only charge those customers that need extra service for any extension to our basic service on a fee for service basis.

I now personally oversee every part of the shipping process to make sure goods are dispatched safely and quickly and are delivered as quickly as possible. But I need your help, please check that you pay the shipping fee applicable to your location, most delays occur as the result of either wrong shipping payments or nobody to sign for a delivery. You can save on freight, you can collect direct form our warehouse. Please phone us to confirm that an item is available for collection. You can pay cash or EFTPOS or Visa or Master card on collection. We incur additional costs in providing payment processing and dispatch services on demand rather than in off peak mode as such we charge a fee for warehouse pickups to cover our increased costs. The local pickup fee is $5.

Goods will only be sent to the address provided by eBay at the time of sale. This delivery address can only be changed by the buyer providing a different delivery address to us prior to the dispatch of the item. We will only act on changes to delivery addresses  or special delivery instructions sent to us by ebay message. We reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of $20 for processing and confirming a change of address or special delivery instructions. Changes of address or special delivery instructions provided by means of messages attached to the sale or to Paypal payments or by email, fax or Paypal address or Paypal payment notes will not be acted upon. Only changes of delivery address or special delivery instructions provided via eBay message and paid for in advance will be acted upon. Where the buyer seeks to change a delivery address or provides special delivery instructions by any means, we will not be liable for any losses incurred by the buyer and our in transit insurance cover will not cover any losses incurred by the buyer where goods are dispatched to the buyer address that is provided by ebay at the time of the buyer placing an orders. That is we will we will not provide in transit loss cover to the any delivery address other than the one that is provided to us by ebay at the time the buyer places an order, regardless of how the buyer may seek to inform us of a change of delivery instruction. 

All shipping is via external shipping companies, once we have consigned goods to a shipping company the goods are out of our control and buyers are advised to contact the shipping company where there are issues concerning a shipment. Our experience is that most delivery issues can be resolved quickly if the buyer provides a contact phone number in their ebay address. All deliveries are dispatched as receipted deliveries i.e. a signature is required when the goods are delivered. Where the buyer downloads and faxes us back a completed and signed "Authority to Leave Form" purchases can be left without signature, this form must be with us prior to the time of dispatch, form received after dispatch cannot be acted upon. Any delivery sent under an Authority to Level Form will not be covered by our in transit cover.    

Shipping charges cover only delivery to Post office or shipping company depot or shipping company local delivery point. In some urban/metro areas the shipping company or Australia Post will delivery goods to the buyer's door. Delivery to the buyer door is usually only available in built up areas (which are often signified by the presence of street lighting) however there is no guarantee to the buyer door delivery in any area. As shipping companies and Australia Post do not provide any published information on the locations they provide to the door deliveries we are unable to provide buyer with any advanced notice of if a delivery will be to the door or not.

The shipping charges and in transit cover charges are those shown in the shipping charges table in the body of the ebay listing. The shipping charge set by eBay's check out may be incorrect. The shipping charges that apply to a sale are always those shown in the body of the ebay listing. It is the buyers responsibility to adjust the shipping charges shown in the ebay checkout to the charges applicable to the zone that the buyer is requesting the goods to be shipped to.  Where the buyer fails to adjust the charges Pro Light and Sound will adjust the charges and send an email to the buyer notifying of the adjusted charges this process may take up to 21 days. Where additional shipping charges are payable it is the buyers responsibility inform Pro Light and Sound via fax or ebay message when and how the additional charges have been paid. The buyer acknowledges that it is not Pro Light and Sounds responsibility to determine if any additional payment has been made. Delays to shipping caused by the buyer failing to adjust shipping charges at the ebay check out or failing to pay adjusted shipping charges or not informing Pro Light and Sound by fax or eBay message that an additional payment has been made are the responsibility of the buyer. Further the buyer agrees that an email to Pro Light and Sound will not constitute notification that an additional payment has been made.   

We ship Australia wide to all parts of mainland Australia and to Tasmania. We use various shipping companies and consignors plus Australia Post to provide the quickest and cheapest shipping. We can ship parcels under 20kgs via Australia Post to other locations please use eBay message to contact us for a quote. 

Where a buyer provides a delivery address that can only be shipped to via Australia Post and the product is less than 20kgs cubic we will ship this product by Australia Post, where the shipping charges have been quoted in the eBay listing as less than the applicable Australia Post charges additional charges for shipping will apply. In all case where a buyer requires shipping via Australia Post or only provides a delivery address that can only be shipped to via Australia Post an additional dispatch charge of $15 will be applied to cover the additional paper work and the cost of us delivering the package to the Post Office. 

We reserve the right to pass on to the buyer all additional charges that shipping companies apply to us for a consignment. These charges may be invoiced to the buyer after the buyer has taken delivery of the item/s purchased. These additional delivery charges shall include but not be limited to, futile delivery calls, remote delivery charges, proof of delivery documentation charges, return to sender charges for undeliverable items, redirection of delivery charges, collect from depot charges, charges for delivery outside normal hours, repair of packaging charges, waiting time charges and any and all other charges billed to us by the shipping company that are directly related to the shipping of the product to the buyer.

Re shipment of any product to the buyer after a dispatch has been returned to Pro Light and Sound by a shipping company for any reason, will not be commenced until the buyer pays any additional charges, including the shipping companies charge to us for shipping the original dispatch back to us and our shipping and insurance charges for resending the goods. Where the buyer fails to pay the additional shipping charges and return freight charges we will cancel the sale after 14 days and refund the purchase price of the item/s purchased less outwards shipping charges, return shipping charges and a $35.00 fee to cover our expenses.   

The costs of notification of dispatch and of tracking number and shipping company details are not included in our shipping charges. We can provide these services only on a fee for service basis. The following fees apply: Notification of date and time of dispatch and or shipping company details and or tracking number via email $5.00 via fax $10.00 via phone $20.00. These fees must be paid at the time of request or the request will not be acted upon.   

LIMITED IN TRANSIT COVER CONDITIONS

All risk for loss, theft or damage to the goods passes to the buyer when we record the item/s as having been dispatched.

Our in transit cover for loss or damage will only be provided to buyers who complete and signs the claim form provided and supply all information requested.

The first $20 of any claim for loss or damage is not covered. The buyer must accept responsibility for the first $20 loss or damage for each claim.

Limited in transit cover does not cover loss of purchases where the buyer has supplied an incorrect or out of date delivery address and the shipping company has delivered goods to the out of date or incorrect buyer supplied address.

The maximum of all claims for any one shipment is $800. Any amount of loss or damage over $800 is not covered and is the buyers risk.

All claims must be made within 21 days of the date of shipment. No Claim will be accepted after 21 days from the date of shipment.

Claims for loss will only be recognised if the shipping company provides a letter stating that the goods have been lost while in the control of the shipping company. All loss damage cover terminates once the shipping company has made a valid delivery with or without a receivers signature

Limited loss damage cover is only provided on goods purchased through eBay auctions or buy it now.

Any return shipments from the buyer are not covered by this limited loss damage in transit cover. The buyer is advised to take out their own independent cover for any return shipments.

Naturally there are some conditions on our sales, sadly not every one that we deal with is honest and we need to protect our selves against the crocks and fraudsters on the internet, with good protection we don't get had and we don't need to cover these sorts of losses in our sales prices it just another way we keep our prices low.

These conditions are binding on all buyers.

All bids and "Buy it Now" sales are FINAL. If you are not serious please do not bid or click Buy It Now.

Payment must be received within 5 days from the end of auction or sale will be cancelled. 

All shipping and in transit cover charges are to be paid by the buyer. The buyer acknowledges that the shipping charges and in transit cover charges are those shown in the shipping charges table in the body of the ebay listing. The buyer acknowledges that the eBay check out may automatically apply an incorrect shipping charge or in transit cover charges to a sale and that it is the buyers responsibility to adjust these charges to the correct charges as shown in the shipping charges table in the body of our ebay listing.  Further that if the buyer fails to adjust the charges Pro Light and Sound will adjust the charges and send an email to the buyer notifying of the adjusted charges and of the amount of any additional charges payable. The buyer undertakes to inform Pro Light and Sound via fax or ebay message when and how the additional payment has been made. Pro Light and Sound will not process the sale or dispatch the goods until the additional charges have been paid and Pro Light and Sound has been informed of the additional payment. The buyer agrees that it is the buyer responsibility to inform Pro Light and Sound via eBay message of the additional payment and the Sale Record Number (SRN) of the original purchase. Further the buyer agrees that an email to Pro Light and Sound will not constitute notification that an additional payment has been made.   

We are auctioning or selling the right to purchase the item described at the auction price or buy it now price shown in the listing. 

Rain Checks will be automatically issued for sales should we be unable to supply from our current warehouse stock. The Rain Check price will remain valid on a sale, i.e. price will be frozen and item will be supplied as soon as new stock arrives. All rain check sales can be cancelled prior to dispatch and a full refund given simply by contacting the seller. The eBay Buy-It-Now or Auction quantities are an indication of quantities available for sale at the displayed eBay Buy-It-Now or Auction price.  Rain Checks will only be issued on sales up to the indicated quantity. A different (higher or lower) prices may apply to sales where the sale takes our sold quantity to in excess of the quantity indicated in the eBay listing. Quantities shown in the eBay listing are the quantity we are selling at the displayed eBay Buy-It-Now or Auction price and do not indicate of our current stock holding of the product. We sell on eBay from a common stock which is also offered for sale by other methods i.e. over the counter direct to public and other internet sales. Ebay quantity is an indication of the maximum quantity that we are offering for sale at the special eBay price.  

Where a single item is purchased either by eBay auction or eBay Buy it Now only the single item is available for sale at the eBay price additional items may be purchased at our in store discount price or our current selling price. There is no offer being made by the seller to the buyer to supply any quantity other than the original purchased quantity at the ebay auction or buy it now price. 

Where an item is described in the eBay listing as a pair or set this is a single ebay sale item and can not be divided into individual items. i.e. a set of 3 microphones is an single item being listed on eBay and can not be divided into 3 separate items.  

In the event the specified product is out of stock or not available a similar item of value will be offered or a full refund given. 

We reserve the right to cancel this sale any time should our stock or our suppliers stock be insufficient to meet our requirements, or to correct any errors in this listing.

Warranty terms are usually displayed in the listing. Warranty cover will apply to auctioned items where the listing specifies a warranty. Buy it now sales are sold with 14 days warranty unless the listing specifies a different period. Warranty cover provides at our option for repair or replacement or refund for items that fail, where the failure is caused by defects in parts or workmanship. Some items or parts of items have no warranty, these include lamps filament and discharge, batteries, turntable stylii, colour filter media, mixer faders, mixer switches, knobs, horn diaphragms, speaker coils, interconnecting leads, connectors, internal and external fusible links. Defective goods must be returned to us to make a warranty claim. Where returned goods are found not to be faulty service charges will apply. The buyer is liable for the cost of returning the goods to us. 

We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to any goods during transit. The purchaser is responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the goods while they are being shipped. Our dispatch book and or recording of a dispatch is proof that the goods have been sent and that liability for the goods has passed to the purchaser. 

Whilst great care is taken in the creation of any ad it may contain errors. 

Title in the goods only passes to the buyer when full payment is available as cleared funds in our bank account. Any payment reversals also returns title in the goods to us the seller.

All risk in the goods passes to the buyer when the goods are recorded by us as dispatched from our warehouse.

All freight charges quoted are for a single delivery attempt, additional charges will apply if more than one delivery attempt is required as shipping companies charge us for all delivery attempts. All deliveries are receipted deliveries and require a signature, there must be someone present at the time of delivery to sign for the delivery. All deliveries will be attempted only on working Mondays to Fridays 7am to 6pm at the shipping companies discretion.  We are unable to supply exact delivery time or date. Shipping companies charge us additional charges for futile delivery attempts, return of undelivered items, change of address, redirection to a different address, after hours deliveries and authority to leave without signature. Where we receive these charges for a delivery or any attempted delivery we pay the shipping company and will pass the charges on to the buyer. If the buyer fails to pay these charges we will take legal action to recover these charges. 

We reserve the right not to dispatch goods and to cancel sales to persons who fail to provide full ID when requested.  

We reserve the right to open cartons and inspect and test items prior to dispatch from our warehouse. This inspection and testing is to establish that products have arrived in to our warehouse in good condition. i.e. a shipment may contain one or more damaged cartons it is usually necessary to open, inspect and test other items in the same shipment to ensure that they are in saleable condition. Such products are not repacks.

We are a discount reseller, we have kept our selling prices low by keeping our operating costs low. Low operating cost mean that we do not supply a notice that a payment has been received or that an item has been dispatched or a tracking number for a dispatched item. This information can be supplied only at an additional charge. If a dispatch has been declared lost we will supply this information on request without charge.

Items description printed in an eBay listing may differ from the description printed on the display box for the item, i.e. the item may be packaged in the wrong box or in a different box or second box for protection during shipping. The description published in eBay is the correct description. This condition specifically alerts the purchaser that no claim will be recognised that the product does not meet the description or specification on the display box the product is sold in or shipped in.

Item sold will be dispatched within 30 business working days form the date the payment is cleared as available funds into our cheque account. Please note funds take 10 business working days to transfer from our Paypal account to our cheque account. Where goods are not dispatched within 30 business working days for any reason what so ever we reserve the right to cancel the sale and to refund any payments received. Only when funds are received as cleared funds in our cheque account will we dispatch goods.

Where there may be a conflict or inconsistency between these conditions and ebay selling rules or guidelines or any ebay provided information in a listing these conditions shall apply.
