If for any reason you are not 100% completely satisfied with your Behringer purchase from Pro Light and Sound you can return it and any promotional gifts that formed part of the sale for a refund or credit. 

We will refund or credit your product purchase price less 
1. Our actual outbound freight costs, packaging and dispatch costs 
2. Any return shipping costs incurred 
3. An outward and an inwards handling charge usually $20 each. 

You must return the product in 100% New condition as shipped within 7 days of the invoice date. If a products is returned in other than 100% new condition we will determine a reduced refund or credit.

You are responsible for all return freight costs and for any loss or damage to the product while it is being freighted back to us. Goods sent freight collect will not be accepted.
