Medical Awareness Car Decal - Stanley Price was diagnosed with diabetes early in life. As time went on, Mr. Price’s diabetes became more sever, as the disease often does.
Mr. Price obtained a medical awareness car decal to let people who might need to know of his diagnosis about his diabetic condition.
As it turns out, the medical awareness car decal that Mr. Price obtained ultimately did come in handy. In fact, the medical awareness car decal ended up saving Mr. Price’s life.
One afternoon while motoring in his car, Mr. Price went into shock. Fortunately, he was not driving at a high rate of speed. He ended up running into a tree, causing some damage to his car. However, the accident itself was not sever and did not jeopardize Mr. Price’s live.
The shock that afflicted Mr. Price was another story all together, however.
The first emergency medical personnel on the scene initially concluded that Mr. Price had had a heart attack. People the age of Mr. Price are oftentimes the victims of heart attacks.
Just prior before medical personnel began treating Mr. Price - for a heart attack - one of the medical workers noticed the medical awareness car decal on the windshield of Mr. Price’s car. Thanks to the alert, the medical workers were advised of Mr. Price’s diabetes. More importantly, because of the medical awareness car decal medical personnel were able to begin correctly treating Mr. Price. Thanks to the medical awareness car decal, the workers realized that Mr. Price was suffering shock brought on by his diabetes.
In the end, the medical personnel actually saved Mr. Price’s life because of the manner in which the medical awareness car decal was displayed.
Anyone with an ailment such as Mr. Price’s diabetes should take the time to obtain a medical awareness car decal. In the final analysis, obtaining a proper medical awareness car decal may make all the difference between life and death.
