Phil Coleman's Web Site The Breisch hit and miss farm engine

I made this engine a few years ago, from castings sold in the USA, by Paul Breisch.

It is an "Olds" horizontal hit & miss type farm engine, 1.75" bore and 2" stroke, and is about one third full size.

It runs very well. Spark ignition is by dry cell battery and fuel is standard low-lead petrol (gasoline). The castings for this engine were excellent.
