I am charging A$130/hr for casual work and A$90/hr for pre-purchased 40 hour blocks. (Increments of work are rounded to the nearest 10 minutes) Other blocks of work are charged at something in between depending on requirements.
I am happy to make a site visit to get hands on with the servers, learn about the business needs and open relationships with key staff members. While I am based in Sydney I am willing to travel anywhere in Australia and to closer international destinations as required.
I anticipate much of my work will be done remotely via VPN, phone and e-mail. Because of this I am not geographically limited to working in Sydney. Also, smaller countries where Citrix experts are thin on the ground may find that I am the best and cheapest help they can get anywhere. Unfortunately English is my only language.
There is very little Citrix administration that can't be done via remote access. Using iLO cards I have done bare metal installs on HP servers in Melbourne from an office in North Ryde.
