It was a wet bog at Blackman this week. We desperately needed a win. 2 losses in a row, well that was not something we have felt for over 6-7 years if not longer.........could the aliens that stole our mojo please give it back................yeah baby, do I make you hor.. ....sorry I got carried away.

Anyway we started very well. 2 goals in the first 10 minutes, One to Xenos and one to Felix. Both wonderful finishes. We were having fun again. As some famous coach said once, “its not how you play the game as long as you win”, (well I’m sure thats what he said anyway).

The game went on and we lost our way a little in the bog, but we kept possession ok and still had field position. We kept plugging away till half time but the more subs that were made the less we kept our shape............gotta give everyone a game.

We had a little rest and changed a few things at half time and quickly scored our 3^rd. The game continued to go our way, but for a moment we started to look vunreble. This lead to them creating a couple of good chances. One of which they scored. Oh no, would we now be under pressure???

The discomfort lasted 5 minutes until a diabolical error at the back allowed Papas to sneak in and poke away an easy chance.
