You all mighty.
I depend on you
So greatly.
Don't desert me,

Life? What are you?
Something precious?
Holly relic ?
Subdivision of a Whole?
Some small droplet of it All?

Maybe portion of  Divine?
Are you  something?
Are you  nothing?
Please narrate me.
Of Your substance?

A philosopher proposed,
It's, extensive.
All pervasive,
Superseeding all horizons.
It's Divine, It's Almighty.

This is it! this is the Life?
Many think it is a Lie.
Why should we believe
Some rascal?
What credentials has he got?

That philosopher proposed;
We could call it - 
Say - an Ocean.
Ocean full of Life.
Maybe Ocean - is the Life.

Let's  imagine;
That a droplet,  
Has decided;
I had enough!
Let's separate. 

Would we called it,
Droplet full of Life?
Full of vigor, full of skill
Lots of powers,
Might & thrill.

Let's consider it a Unit.
Something 
Whole & independent.
Unit full of Life.
Hey I know - a Life United!

It is part of Great Big Ocean.
All the qualities intact.
Even though it is so tiny,
It is part of Great Big Ocean.
An integral Fraction.

Well, then; 
What could it be?
Maybe just a Unit?
Something in existence
Something full of Life.

Well? a Life Unit could it be?
Is it so? or is it neither?
Some consider it to be.
Others swear its volatile.
Some do leave it well alone.

Life are you assisting me?
I would desire it.
Life are you opposing me?
That would never do!
I would worry ever more.
