Beginners             6.00 - 7.15 pm

Intermediate        7.30 - 8.45 pm

What to bring:

· Yoga Mat

· Towel

· Water

 

Payment: Cheque, Money Order or Cash.

Booking and payment with enrolment form required one week before course commencement date
