This course is aimed at higher specialist trainees and consultants who intend to deepen their paediatric knowledge beyond that provided by APLS/EPLS courses.
It has been highly recommended by ST3 emergency medicine trainees.

Delegates work together to solve over fifty clinical case scenarios while the facilitators guide the group towards specific learning points. This format allows a striking breadth of paediatric emergency medicine to be covered and the workbooks provide an ongoing source of reference after the course to prevent knowledge fade.
The case scenario format provides useful preparation for MCEM part B and FCEM short answer questions.
