Chapter 1- The meeting

Ani, a young boy, about 8 yrs old, with short brown hair, and a small body, was walking down the nature-strip. The nature-strip is a strip of beautiful nature in his neibourhood. Mum would love this he thought as he strolled down the path. Then he heard voices at a nearby tree and thought it was just a bunch of stupid teen-friends. Then a sword flung in front of him and he saw a red terradactal. This terradacdal had no wings, a long head with sharp teeth and black eyes. He was also wearing yellow pants with a blue karate belt and a pair of blue shoes and a pair of matching white wrist bands. Then the sword that the terradactal was holding was frozen solid in 2 seconds! I know its winter but that’s crazy thought ani as he saw it happen. Ani ran and crouched at a tree. Then a blue dinosaur came into view. This dinosaur was extremely muscly. He has 3 horns, 2 on his head and 1 on his nose, sharp teeth, dark eyes, sharp finger nails and what looked like a frilled neck.

“Great, you scared a kid!” the blue dinosaur said to the red terradactal. “Well talk to it” the red one suggested. They then walked over to Ani who was still crouched at the tree. “Hey kid, get up, we don’t bite” said the blue one. “I’m not scared; I’m out of your way. Haven’t you seen wild west movies where 2 cow boys are having a showdown?” Ani explained with a high voice. “This kid needs a serious voice-break”, Muttered the red one to the blue one. Ani didn’t hear but the blue one said “Shut up, kid why aren’t you scared?” he asked. “First I’m not ‘kid’, I’m Ani, my parents named me after the nice kid on star wars 1, I was born the night it first came out here and they missed it then. They are crazed about ‘pop-culture’”, he explained, “my teacher always said that dinosaurs are big, scary and didn’t walk on 2 feet, talk OR carry swords, I even double checked with her”. “Well, how interesting Ani, I’m Leo and he’s Ready” explained the blue one. “Great, why were you fighting?” asked ani. “Well we were practicing”, explained Leo. “Plus, were siblings” ready added with a smile.

“Hey guys, I’m going to get a coke, you want one?” asked Ani. “Ok “Leo answered. Ani went inside to his favorite shop. He buys everything here from comics and coke to how to put up with your brother books. “Hey Phil”, yelled Ani as he went to the counter. Phil is the manager here and always works the register. He has long blonde hair, a big muscly body and dark eyes, plus he has a store shirt with a small badge that says ‘manager, I make the rules’. “Ah, Ani How’s my favorite customer?” he asked with a big smile. “I’m good, 3 cokes thanks” ani said. Phil then handed Ani 3 coke cans and Ani left. “NICE” exclaimed ready as they left the shops. The 2 dinosaurs had jumpers with hoods on so no one saw they were dinosaurs. “Leo, it’s not cold” ready complained. “Fine give it here, Ani if you want it cold you can pass it here too” suggested Leo. Then holding the 2 coke cans in his hand ice appeared on them. “AHH” yelled ani as he touched the can. “Careful, ice is 0 degrees Celsius” warned Leo. “Thanks” ani said as they walked towards his house. “Hey Ani, how will you explain us to your parents?” Leo asked. Ani thought for a minute and then replied “You are 2 short school kids”.

“Finally” Complained ready as they got to Ani’s house “that took longer than ‘The Starwars trilogy’”. “Well were here now, let’s go in”, Ani suggested, “Besides, it would have been better if you stopped continuously singing yellow submarine on the way”. “He’s annoying, you get used to that” explained Leo. They then got to Ani’s front door and they saw a big, blue, fish-monster thing sitting on the stairs. Ani then saw his parents, Rodger his dad, with short brown hair, a big muscly body and a red spandex suit like a superhero. Then his mum, Ivy. She has long red hair, a thin body and a green suit with vines around it and a fly-trap claw thing on her left hand. His dad was making a Pb&j sandwich and his mum was making a sweater. He then saw his brother, Obi, who also has a small body. He also has long brown hair and brown eyes were drawing. Obi was and excellent artist and there must be about 3 different drawings of the fish creature on the floor.
