Open the directory in a file explorer window to access the snapshot images taken usually by pressing the F12 key within the game.
These snapshots could be used by the launcher for a mod. Add the snapshot to the folder named Launcher in the mod directory as a .jpg file. Use an image editing program such as Paint, GIMP or other to convert the .bmp file to .jpg. Optionally scale the image to 460x345 to reduce the file size.
