Open Mods Headers File

Creates and opens a file named ModHeaders.hta.

The location of the file will be the Mods folder.

The file will contain all the readme.txt header lines. This file displays good information about mod names and versions.

Short Example:

This tool allows a quick overview of the selected games mods and versions for purposes of knowing what may need updating or for other good uses.
