Game UI

Opens the builtin game user interface window.

The launcher does this by passing the -ui argument to the main game executable. If a ModConfig.txt file exists, then this tool may not be shown as it is unneeded and could be unwise to use with ModConfig.txt unless ModConfig.txt is empty.
