Me and the kids (Sammy x2, Nick x1), had enough to snorkel next day instead of fish!.. this shark and also a Port Jakson later were soon released. Raymond also got another 3x salmon!

Very Few bites, only 2 eels! Smoked my Mum loves them.
4th March 2007, at Little Marley beach, moderate seas.
I caught about 5 of these shovel nosed sharks/rays (2 together once), a very nice taylor, and a big salmon, BUT the sharks swam away, and the salmon and taylor got washed away with my bucket by a wave. My best catch ended up being to recover my best rod and reel which was washed in shortly after my loaded bucket (very gratefull to get them back)! We had this shovel nosed for dinner that night.
