All great religions, in order to escape absurdity, have to admit a dilution of agnosticism. It is only the savage, whether of the African bush or the American gospel tent, who pretends to know the will and intent of God exactly and completely.

H.L. Mencken, Damn! A Book of Calumny, (1918)

Funny but thought provoking.

Find Weapons of mass destruction.

What do you get when you cross an insomniac, an agnostic, and a dyslexic?  Someone who stays up all night wondering if there is a Dog.

If the pen is mightier than the sword then how can actions speak louder than words?

Is it better to do the right thing for the wrong reasons, or the wrong thing for the right reasons?

They say we only live once, right? But, if you do it right, isn't once enough?

Shouldn't it be SOME things in moderation?

If quitters never win and winners never quit then who is the fool that first said 'quit while you are ahead'?

Isn't the purpose of life, a life of purpose?

Aren't the three ingredients to a good life, learning, earning, and yearning?

What happens if you're scared half to death twice?

Did you ever consider that if you're not leaning then no one will ever let you down?

Can anyone really ruin your day without YOUR permission?

Shouldn’t we be more concerned with our character rather than our reputation? Our character is what we really are, while our reputation is merely what others think we are, right?

If money's the root of all evil why do the churches want it all the time?

Why isn't it okay to fall asleep in Church? After all didn't God rest on the seventh day as well?

When members of a church have a disagreement, how do you know whose side God is on?

Is it true that real knowledge is simply knowing where to find the answers?

If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving isn't for you.

If you're not living life on the edge, you're taking up too much space.

Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

Keep smiling, it makes people wonder what you're up to.

The believer is happy.  The doubter is wise.

More.

Got any more to add?
