Realising the impact a stallion can have on the development of a herd or, for that matter the miniature horse breed, we have taken a great deal of care in choosing our breeding stallions for Crystal Park. For us it is critical that herd sires pass on bold movement, proportional type, sound conformation, and elegant refinement.

This is Extreme Remark as an 8 year old stallion - photo taken by me October 5 2008. This shows that the bloodlines ET carries remain firm and refined even as a senior stallion. He just gets better with age!
This is a totally untouched photo of horse AND handler, both in GENUINE paddock condition, except ET has had a wash!

Sire of multi Champions, State Champions,
State Futurity and Reserve Champions,
National Champions, Top 3's, 5's and 10's

33" Black buckskin Reg'd AMHA (US), NZMHA, MHAA and AMHA (Aus) - an 'extreme' frame overo of impeccable breeding.

Many of the extreme-white overos fall into a special subcategory, the elusive and legendary Medicine Hat Pinto. The Medicine hat has a "bonnet" over the ears and a chest "shield". These pintos were once believed by the Native Americans to have special magic powers to protect the rider from harm. Not all are overos, some tobianos (rarely), toveros and extreme sabinos may have the correct markings.

His sire is La Vista Rowdy Remark (Imp USA), great grandson of Rowdy, one of the most respected stallions in the miniature horse industry to date. This is one of the strongest bloodlines noted for producing overos today.

His dam is Meridians Desert Moon (Imp USA), a buckskin daughter of US National Champion Brewer's Moondust.

"ET" is 5th generation overo and has a chiselled masculine head, well-shaped muzzle, outstanding neck set and with more balance than you can imagine in such a small horse as well as having the bonus of being a dilute (imagine the beautiful dilute overos!). If you like your show horses colourful, sound, well proportioned and well bred, this is the one to be the sire of your next 'National' candidate.

Colour to burn!
A beautiful loud extreme frame overo stud with loads of colour and as good conformation as you will find anywhere. He is a balanced beauty with an exceptionally long clean neck with a most excellent throatlatch, and an incredible topline and hip. Extreme's conformation is in total harmony with all of his parts cleanly blending into a balanced and smooth body style.

Look at his background...
His pedigree boasts noted miniatures like Great Grandsire NFC's Remarkable Rowdy being National Top Ten Halter Horse, 2 times National Champion High Point Halter Horse, National Top Ten Get of Sire at the 1998 and 1999 Nationals and his get captured National Honours at the 1998, 1999 and 2000 US National Shows. Also Grandsire US National Champion Brewer's Moondust and Great Grandsire US National Junior Grand Champion Stallion Contender with still many others on both sides of his pedigree gaining US National Champion titles. We have traced his pedigree back 11 generations! These horses have had a tremendous impact in shaping the miniature breed into what it is today. This is a well-bred colt with the right colour, right pedigree, and the smooth look that we seek. For your next foal, consider this fine young stallion for conformation, colour and the top bloodlines that he possesses.

We pride ourselves in having conformation and type as forerunners to colour and style, but we make sure we have it all!

..when 'Extreme' is your dream...come and see us!

This is Windy at 4.5 years of age, showing the TRUE refinement that he has inherited from his sire and dam. He will retain this tight body into old age - a sign of the PREPOTENCY of his heritage. He will pass this attribute onto all his offspring.
Photos taken October 2008 as a 6 year old stallion - photos are not touched in any way.
A little about the boy himself...
Scott Creek Windy Knight is the son of Scott Creek Windwalker 28" black pinto and Scott Creek Sparkling Rose 27.5" solid chestnut. Windy was born in 2002, at maturity stands at just 28.75"
and is extremely fine in body type.
His sire Windwalker is 2 X National Champion Top 5 as well as Liberty Champion. He is also the holder of numerous titles as Grands, National, Regional and Regional High Point.
Windwalker's grandsires are both National Champions - Komokos Little King Supreme and Brewers Orion Mystic (son of Orion Light vant Huttenest) - these names are well known to serious miniature horse breeders.
Our Windy Knight is the grandson of Little Kings Napoleon - National Honour Roll High Point Champion Get of Sire. He has a large number of Grand Champion and Supreme Halter Horse awards. He is also the sire of at least 9 National Champions and over 100 National Top Tens!
Rosie, Windy's dam, is double-bred Little Kings Napoleon, making Windy - triple-bred Napoleon.
It shows!
Windy has a minimum of 25 National achievers/producers throughout his top and bottom line!
