The Write Stuff
Patricia Maunder is a freelance journalist who writes on many topics including travel, technology, literature, television and the performing arts, for publications such as The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald, goodreading magazine, and the Artshub website. She also presents her own scripted material on ABC Radio National. Patricia is available to write editorial on most subjects, as well as corporate copywriting, proofreading and editing, and is happy to consider public-speaking requests.
Her experience in the media across newspapers, magazines, online and radio is extensive, starting in 1991 when she volunteered at Melbourne public radio station PBS-FM, where she was a program presenter and producer. She was a freelance journalist from 1994 to 2002, and an editor on staff at the Citysearch website for a decade from 1997, the last five years as the senior editor of this Australian network of sites. In 2007, she returned to freelance writing.
