Chart 2: Moving average 7 day (blue), 14 day (red) and 28 day (yellow) weight





Chart 3: Moving average weight loss per day from day 1 to that day, genarally around 135 grams per day, 1 kg per week

Chart 4: Moving 7 day (blue), 14 day (red) and 28 day (yellow) weight loss as against 7, 14 and 28 days previous to that date.

Plus my belt is now about two notches better.
