Fresh Water Fever Vol 1. DVD
Welcome! Codseeker Lures started operations in 2002 with the idea of making a larger than normal timber lure. Why? The Murray Cod that I was catching, often regurgitated large Golden Perch and Bony Brim. This sparked the notion that the larger Cod were not only preying on bait fish, but would also tackle fully grown "Natives"! These were the Murray Cod I wanted to target, as more often than not, they were the larger specimens. A larger lure would allow for heavier terminal tackle; hooks and split rings. With a background in cabinet making, I applied my craft in producing one of the largest timber lures at the time, with a body length of 185mm! This lure took its fair share of "Monsters" and so began the Codseeker Story. The original 185mm Codseeker Lure.

Codseeker Lures have a remarkably soft action for such a large lure and can be trolled with a relatively light rod with out pulling your arm off, perfect for those long trolling sessions, when rod holders are not an option.
