Yes, most competitors use the same speech throughout the competition and make slight amendments on it once they receive feedback from the Adjudicators.  You can, however change your speech title between different levels of competition if you wish.

No, you should not use speech notes. Palm cards are permitted in the competition, however, their use should be unobtrusive. You should try to memorise your speech. Click below for details
