Paul has fifteen years industry experience in investment grade properties.  Paul has recently joined Property Australia after almost nine years with the property investment division of Deutsche Asset Management.

Paul's direct property experience ranges from negotiating leases on the Landlord's behalf through to undertaking commercial assessment of acquisitions and developments and managing a commercial portfolio valued at over half a billion dollars.

Throughout Paul’s career he has successfully negotiated more than 150 commercial & industrial leasing transactions, representing in excess of 130,000 m2 of space, including a number of major leases ranging in areas from 4,000 m2 to 23,000 m2.
