Epping and District Probus Club Walk-22^nd March 2018

Meet at Epping Station at 8.50 am to catch the 9.02 am train from Platform 2 to Meadowbank arriving at approximately 9.12 am. Morning tea in the Meadowbank Memorial Park before taking the Parramatta River Cycle and Walking Path towards Parramatta. This is a paved pathway along the riverbank, past playing fields, new apartment blocks, Ermington boat ramp, Silverwater Bridge and Rydalmere Ferry wharf.

We then continue along the northern side of the river to Parramatta using the recently completed walking paths and bridges until we reach the Gasworks Bridge. We then cross to the southern side of the river and walk either to Parramatta Station or the bus stop at the corner of Smith and George Sts and take a 549 or a 546 bus to Epping

The walk is about 10 km on basically flat, good paths with plenty of drop-off points to bus services
