The Clyde to Carlingford Railway Line opened in 1888 and will close on the 5^th January 2020. The closure will make way for construction of part of the Parramatta Light Rail

Meet at Epping Station at 9.05 am

Proceed to Bus stand D on the western side of Beecroft Road and north of the lift and board the 550 Parramatta bus at 9.21 am

Alight from the bus at the Lloyd Ave stop on Pennant Hills Road at Carlingford

Utilize the Pedestrian Crossing to cross Pennant Hills Road and proceed to Carlingford Railway Station

Board the 9.45 am train to Clyde

Alight from the train at 9.59 am at Clyde and proceed to platform 4

Board the 10.12 train to Lidcombe

At Lidcombe transfer to Platform 1 and walk to Platform 0

Board the train to Olympic Park that departs at 10.34 am

Arrive Olympic Park at 10.39 am

A short walk from the Station brings us to the Abattoir Blues Cafe for an early lunch

From near the Station Entrance board a 526 bus at 12.47 pm to Rhodes Station

This bus arrives at Rhodes Station at 1 10 pm

There is a train to Epping from Rhodes at 1.23 pm arriving 1.34 pm
