Day 1 - June 17th

Jack and Emmie wrote this beautiful piece of writage.

The Melbourne crew plus Katie met in Melbourne to leave one day earlier to fly to Kuala Lumpur to get some deals. The day in transit at KL was excellent with Jack picking up some authentic NIke Dunks for cheap factor. Other deals were also prominent including a ferrari jacket for Philippo. The hotel paid for by malaysia airlines was awesome and the buffet there was delicious. The other Australian kids met in KL after the day and were filled with an abundance of jealousy for Jack's shoes. Craig clarifies chunky claire's chalkwriting!

We arrived in Zurich after a one hour delay in leaving KL at 7:00 and then proceeded to make our way to Augsburg. This was made difficult mainly by some key offenders, namely Tommo losing Emiie's hacky sac on toip of a bus at the airport and ralphi roof rack who gave us a hard time putting the roof racks on our wonderful citroen vans. The the roof racks were secured we headed for Germany. We stopped for lunch at a German burgerhouse and instead ate Hofer (ALDI) in a carpark outside a kitchenware shop. The shop owners were less than impressed and the one of them, known only as Ugine, told us to depart the premises. We moved to Augsburg with little hassle and had a good session getting to know the course. Augsburg is a veryu beautiful area and everyone is beginning to relax after the long flights to get here. :)

ps Jack and Emmie are too cool for the respective schools, ivanhoe and McCarthy catholic college
