Step 1:MEAT
Usually I use Pork Loin Steak, but ythigh steakz is good too.
Step 2:SESONING Sometimes I put too much salt and pepper.
Step 3:FLOUR
People say Coat with flour or Dredge with flour?
Step 4:EGG
Dip in beaten egg with one tsp of water( I don't know why)
Step 5:BREAD CRUMBS
Coat with bread crumbs( I prefer brown ones)
Step 6:READY TO FRY
(FLY?)
Step 7:DEEP FRY
Adjust the temperature of the vegetable oil in the fryer to 180 degrees. Fry untill both sides become golden brown.
Step 8:PAPER
Absorb the oil with kitchen paper on the plate.
Step 9:READY TO SERVE
Usually we serve with sliced cabbage and seoson with masterd and tonkatsu sauce
