Fixed Services / Pricing
Software Fixes - $30 per Hour, Capped at $50 (Minimum $30)
Hardware Diagnosis - $40 per Hour, Capped at $60 (Minimum $40)
Mobile Callout - We will come to your location and fix your software issue, or diagnose your hardware issue and recommend a solution, whether you choose to fix yourself, or purchase part for us to install. We do not charge a callout fee 10km within Joondalup Area. $10 for 30km outside Joondalup
Computer Internal Cleaning - This includes cleaning of all internal fans including CPU, GPU, Case fans & power supply unit fans. This is done with compressed air and brushes to prolong the life of your system with good cooling (We also replace thermal paste at $10 per item, not usually required, at customer request.)- $40.
Computer Training - We train people to build their own PC's by demonstrating and allowing practice with our practice PC. You can be quite confident within one hour, others may take longer - $80 Per Hour.
Assisted PC Building - We will come to the place of your choice and help you build a system - $80 Per Hour
Business / Hi Volume - Please enquire about our services to cater for large businesses such as internet cafe's. We can provide periodic cleaning & maintenance.
