DYNAMIC TESTING SYSTEMS

UTM (Universal Testing Machine)

KNR UTM series are used for tensile, compression and
bending test for various kinds of rubber textile plastics,
metals etc.
Drive Shaft & Joint Simulation Testing System
All components are designed to handle
continuously up to 300hp or torque up to 3000Nm
or speeds up to equivalent rotation speed to
vehicle velocity 300km/h. This system will faithfully
reproduce speed, torque, jounce, and steer
simultaneously on four specimens. The complete
assembly is dynamically balanced to operate
smoothly over a whole operating speed range.
Drive Shaft Performance Testing System
Drive Shaft Performance Testing System faithfully
reproduces speed, torque, jounce, and steer simultaneously
on two specimens. The complete assembly is dynamically
balanced to operate smoothly over a whole operating speed
range.

High Force & Large Scale Testing System
For full scale or near full scale applications in CivilEngineering testing such
as long supporting beams or highway bridge components, while the basic
mechanics ofthe load frame and dynamic performance
are similar to theconventional large scale machine.
The primary difference between these two systems are the extended baseplate
other testing systems include:

-Drive Shaft & Joint Simulation Testing System

-High Angle Torque Testing System

-Drive Shaft Performance Testing System

-Multi-Axes Test Bench for Railway System
-High Speed Wheel & Rail Contact Simulation Testing System
-Bogie Testing Rig System

-Derailment Simulation Testing System

-Suspension Components Testing System

-High Speed Bogie Simulation Testing System

Electromechanical universal testing machine (UTM)  max. 2980 kN | 900Series
Electromechanical or universal testing machines are most commonly used for static testing in a tensile or compression mode within a single frame. They are also referred to as pull testers. Additional test types include tensile, compression, shear, flexure, peel, tear, cyclic, and bend tests. Capacities for these systems range from low-load forces of 0.5 kN (112 lbf) up to high-capacity 2980kN (300 Ton) test frames. These systems are frequently configured for automated testing.

0.1 kN to 2980 kN Testing Systems
The  Series offers exceptional performance packaged in innovative frames, designed with enhancements that deliver superior accuracy and reliability, improved ergonomics, and an enhanced overall experience for the operator.

- Engineered for Precision
- Built for Durability
- Flexibility to Change
- Designed for Usability
