The Association provides information sessions for schools that are interested in including Philosophy in their teaching program. These sessions are normally free of charge and involve the school in no further obligations.
The Association has FAPSA accredited teacher educators who are available to work in schools. This includes workshops at school development days and other events on demand. The Association also runs independent workshops and events from time to time.
Teachers may obtain a Certificate in Teaching Philosophy in Schools, which is normally based on two days of training and a report on work carried out in the classroom.
“The sole direct path to enduring improvement in the methods of instruction and learning consists in centering upon the conditions which exact, promote and test thinking.”
