In this lesson you will be working on an outline of the major assignment you will have to hand in by the end of the semester. The outline has to be handed in by the end of this lesson. It is to be 250-300 words and consist of:
| Your name The Essay Title you have chosen Introduction section - Broadly, what you intend to cover Body of Essay - Points of evidence to support your argument Conclusions - including your opinion |
Students are encouraged to review the requirements for submission from Lesson 4, and reminded of the school's policy on plagiarism. Please note that teachers are aware that there are sites on the Internet that contain essays on this topic for sale, and that teachers have methods for detecting plagiarism.
The teacher will provide comments on your essay via email as soon as possible. Students will be expected to show evidence of adherence to their essay outline in the final version.
